Your financial protection

You will be pleased to know that the team at Allez Ski take your financial protection very seriously. For our complete peace of mind, and yours too, we wanted a 'belt and braces' way to provide all of our clients with 100% financial protection.


We are members of Protected Trust Services who provide the highest level of financial protection in the travel industry. All payments for your holiday are paid directly into an independently-controlled client trust account at HSBC that we have no access to until you have returned from your holiday and all suppliers have been paid in full.


Protected Trust Services arrange all payments to suppliers for your holiday and they must all be checked and authorised by the independent trustees, a firm of chartered and certified accountants. Once a supplier has been paid, an added layer of protection is provided by supplier failure insurance (SFI) and, in the case of a supplier being an airline, charter airline failure insurance (CAFI).

The reason we haven't mentioned ATOL is because it is not applicable to our direct flights from Jersey and Guernsey to France. The CAA's ATOL scheme only covers holidays which include flights from, to or via the UK. The Channel Islands are not part of the UK. However, be rest assured, that the protection that is in place through Protected Trust Services is comparable to ATOL and is appropriate for our holidays.

If all of this wasn't enough, we understand that many people like to pay for holidays using their credit card because this gives them extra consumer protection. Unlike some other companies, we won't penalise you for doing this by charging additional card fees.
